President & Chief Executive Officer
Brad presides over HydroChemPSC Operations and Sales with over 25 years of maintenance service experience with global energy companies. Brad's primary role as CEO is to oversee the safety culture of the company's over 5,000 dedicated employees.
He has been with PSC for 10 years serving as their CEO before the combination with HydroChem. Prior to PSC, Brad spent nine years with KBC Advanced Technologies, a consulting engineering company, where he was President for the Americas, Japan, Korea and Singapore markets. While at KBC, he started the Reliability and Maintenance Consulting Services business line, helping refiners, petrochemical producers and power generation companies develop more efficient practices in plant maintenance and contractor selection.
He started his career with Fluor Daniel Environmental Services in Northern California and earned a B.S. in Economics from Texas A & M University.
Gary Noto has been in the industrial cleaning business for 38 years, 27 of those years with HydroChem and its predecessor companies. Gary will serve as Vice Chairman and member of the board of HydroChemPSC. Prior to the coming together of HydroChem and PSC, Gary led the HydroChem team of 3,000 employees across 43 geographic locations as CEO. Gary has, and still does, work directly with customers to ensure that their industrial cleaning needs are met through the latest technology innovations that HydroChem offers.
Gary has started business operations from the ground up as well as merged company cultures through the course of multiple HydroChem acquisitions, all focused on providing industrial cleaning services to the refining, petrochemical, utility, paper, and other heavy industrial markets. His skill of motivating people and teams to work together focused on providing a safe, quality service in a tough environment has been the core of his success and have produced growth and return to company investors.
Gary is a 1978 graduate of Nicholls State University with a degree in Marketing. He has been married to his wife, Kim, for 38 years and they have 4 grown children and 3 grandchildren.
Chief Financial Officer
Judy served as CFO and Senior Vice President for HydroChem for the last five years. She brings over 35 years of experience in industry, tax and Big 4 public accounting to her now role at HydroChemPSC. She has also held positions as CFO of North American Technologies Group as well as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions with EnClean Inc. She began her career in public accounting with Deloitte, where she advanced to Senior Manager. She received her BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
Chief Sales Officer
Greg joined PSC in 2016 as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales and brings over 20 years of experience in the refining, petrochemical, and chemical industrial markets. He will now serve as the Chief Sales Officer for HydroChemPSC. Greg is responsible for intelligent and sustainable growth at PSC and advocates a value-based approach of aligning PSC solutions with customer needs.
Greg was formerly with The Brock Group serving most recently as the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Sales. Greg also led operations for Brock's Gulf Coast group turning a flat-lining business into a profitable model of success within a year of assuming the role.
Greg graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Prior to joining The Brock Group, Greg was with General Electric serving in roles of increasing responsibility in both operations and sales.
Senior Vice President HSE&T
Rick began his career as a waterblast technician in 1995 and joined PSC in 2007. Prior to becoming VP, Rick served as Health and Safety Director for the Industrial Services Division.
Over his career Rick has been an advocate for improving the tooling and processes for Hydroblast and Vacuum service lines. He has spoken at International and National safety forums such as WJTA, AFPM, NAHAD, and continues to be a leading voice to encourage automation and stronger mechanical integrity programs. He has been a primary contributor to two industry white papers and is the inventor of a patent-pending water blasting equipment safety system. He is currently a member of the Hose Safety Institute.
Rick is a Certified Safety Professional, Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a B.A. degree in History from Texas Tech University.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Rod has more than 30 years of domestic and international experience in the energy sector and much of that in oilfield services. He first joined PSC in 2006 as Director of Human Resources for the Industrial Services Division after careers in petroleum engineering, government affairs and human resources and was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources for PSC in 2013. In 2014, Rod left PSC to pursue a Master’s Degree and to work internationally and returned to PSC in June 2017 as Chief Human Resources Officer. He will continue to serve in this role for HydroChemPSC.
Under the mantra of building a great place to work, Rod’s focus is on leadership development - bringing expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, career development and talent management. His 12-year engineering career with BP provides him a deep understanding of the technical side of the business, and his corporate experience at The Coca-Cola Company affords a wealth of Human Resources expertise. Rod has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Science Degree in Global Human Resource Management from the University of Liverpool in England.
Will has been with HydroChem for over 15 years and has held the General Counsel position since 2009. Will oversees all legal functions of the Company including the contracts and insurance departments.
Prior to his time at HydroChem, Will spent 9 years in private practice with experience in both commercial litigation and transactional work. Will received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and his law degree from the University of Houston.
Senior Vice President Business Development
After joining PSC in 2006 as a national account manager, Joe became Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2012. Joe developed the PSC-Client Stewardship Model and managed the program nation-wide. He also served in a leadership and technical role on the LPS, Mechanical Integrity and Craft Certification Teams. In July 2016, Joe was promoted to Senior VP Business Development, a role in which Joe will lead PSC’s efforts to grow through acquisitions. Joe will continue in this same position for HydroChemPSC.
Joe was formally with KBC Advanced Technologies where he provided energy optimization consulting services to refineries worldwide. Joe began his career as an engineer with Exxon Company USA’s Baytown Refinery where he served in various technical and supervisory roles for ten years, the last of which was Refinery Energy Manager. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1990.
President Downstream Operations
Bob Pfeiffer will serve as President of Downstream Industrial Cleaning. Bob has over 26 years of service with HydroChem and has had many responsibilities; most recently as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Prior to this role, Bob spent much of his career with HydroChem as manager and Senior Vice President of Operations over HydroChem’s Northern and Midwest branch offices.
Bob graduated with a mechanical engineering degree from the University of Buffalo. He and his wife, Darla, and their three teenage children live in League City, TX.
