President & Chief Executive Officer
Brad’s primary role as CEO is to oversee the safety culture of the company’s over 5,000 dedicated employees. He was with PSC for 13 years serving as their CEO prior to the merge with HydroChem. Prior to PSC, Brad spent nine years with KBC Advanced Technologies, a consulting engineering company, where he was President for the Americas, Japan, Korea and Singapore markets. At KBC, he started the Reliability and Maintenance Consulting Services business line, helping refiners, petrochemical producers and power generation companies develop more efficient practices in plant maintenance and contractor selection. Brad has over 30 years of maintenance service experience with global energy companies.
He earned a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University and started his career with Fluor Daniel Environmental Services in Northern California.
Chief Financial Officer
Judy served as CFO and Senior Vice President for HydroChem for the last five years. She brings over 35 years of experience in industry, tax and Big 4 public accounting to her now role at HydroChemPSC.
She has also held positions as CFO of North American Technologies Group as well as Vice President of Mergers & Acquisitions with EnClean Inc.
She began her career in public accounting with Deloitte, where she advanced to Senior Manager. She received her BBA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.
Senior Vice President, HSE&T
Rick began his career as a waterblast technician in 1995 and joined PSC in 2007. Prior to becoming VP, Rick served as Health and Safety Director for the Industrial Services Division.
Over his career Rick has been an advocate for improving the tooling and processes for Hydroblast and Vacuum service lines. He has spoken at International and National safety forums such as WJTA, AFPM, NAHAD, and continues to be a leading voice to encourage automation and stronger mechanical integrity programs. He has been a primary contributor to two industry white papers and is the inventor of a patent-pending water blasting equipment safety system. He is currently a member of the Hose Safety Institute.
Rick is a Certified Safety Professional, Six Sigma Black Belt and holds a B.A. degree in History from Texas Tech University.
Will has been with HydroChem for over 15 years and has held the General Counsel position since 2009. Will oversees all legal functions of the Company including the contracts and insurance departments.
Prior to his time at HydroChem, Will spent 9 years in private practice with experience in both commercial litigation and transactional work.
Will received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas and his law degree from the University of Houston.
Senior Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions
Joe has been with the company in various roles since 2006. As Senior VP Mergers & Acquisitions, Joe leads HydroChemPSC’s efforts to grow through strategic acquisitions.
Joe was formerly with KBC Advanced Technologies where he provided energy optimization consulting services to refineries worldwide. Joe began his career as an engineer with Exxon Company USA’s Baytown Refinery, where he served in various technical and supervisory roles for ten years, the last of which was Refinery Energy Manager. He received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1990.
Downstream President, Downstream Operations
JJ Daniel was recently promoted to the role of President of HydroChemPSC’s Industrial Cleaning business segment. In this role, JJ will preside over a $400M+ business that serves the industrial cleaning needs of US’s refining, petrochemical, power generation, steel and automotive industries. JJ brings exceptional skills in data analysis and performance metrics, that combined with his extensive operational experience will result in an efficient delivery of services to our customers.
JJ joined HydroChemPSC in 1997 as a Regional Safety Coordinator. Most recently, JJ has led the successful Margin Improvement effort, and also presided over the Shared Services organization, which safely executed on a record volume of turnarounds in 2019.
He received his Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), focused in Management Information Systems, from the University of Houston.
President, Specialty Services Operations
Matt has 18 years of industry experience, joined the company in 2017, and is the President of Engineered Services business. He is responsible for the management and leadership of LDAR, Specialty Mechanical Services, Vapor Recovery, and Tank Cleaning businesses. Prior, Matt led Marketing and Sales for Bureau Veritas North America, a testing, inspection, and certification business supporting the energy and transportation industries. Matt also worked in manufacturing and was awarded the TABCC Regional Medium Sized Business of the year by the Texas Chambers of Commerce while President of PMC Global Industries. Matt was one of the founders of the West Texas District Export Council in Midland, Texas, providing education and resources to local companies interested in exporting their products.
Matt has a BS in Medical Technology and Clinical Lab Science from Texas Tech University, an MBA from the University of Texas Permian Basin, and completed an Executive Leadership Program from the Rice University Jones Graduate School of Business.
President, Utility Operations
Mike Tepatti was recently promoted to President of HydroChemPSC’s Utilities business segment. In this role, Mike will preside over a $100M+ business that serves the environmental compliance needs of major Utility providers across the United States.
Mike has more than 30 years of top-level experience in management, sales, operations and business development. As an energetic problem solver, Mike possesses unique charisma that inspires people around him to reach higher. Prior to joining HydroChemPSC in 2016 as Senior Vice President of the company’s Industrial Cleaning North Division. Mike served as a senior executive of Veolia Environmental Services, where he managed 2,400 employees in 45 divisional offices and 38 satellite and site-based operations, and assumed P&L responsibility for combined revenues of more than $300 million. He graduated from Central Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and currently resides in Troy, Michigan.
President, Strategic Growth Utilities
Des is responsible for the long-term growth strategy of the Utilities Business. Before joining HydroChemPSC, Des worked at Nanophyll Inc., a developer of advanced coatings for the industrial and construction markets, where he served as President, leading all commercial and operations activities for the company. Prior to that, and perhaps most significantly, Des spent 12 years at Pacific Gas and Electric where he was a Senior Vice President.
Des began his career in the aviation industry with a long and successful career at Bombardier Inc. He started on the shop floor as an engineer and ultimately led their worldwide aircraft support business with 750 associates based in 12 worldwide locations. He has a B.S. in aeronautical engineering, an M.S. in engineering business management and is a graduate of the MIT nuclear reactor technology course for utility executives. He is also a Lean Six Sigma Master Blackbelt and speaks both English and French.
President, Upstream Operations
Harry has 12 years of industry experience in the upstream oil and gas service industry with roles in operations, technical sales, engineering and management. He joined the company in 2013 as an Area Manager and has led the Upstream Oil and Gas business for the company since 2016.
Prior to joining the company, he held several positions with increasing responsibilities in the upstream oil and gas service industry with a focus on environmental services, including General Manager of water treatment and the U.S. Engineering and Projects Manager for Tervita.
Harry holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering with Pi Epsilon Tau honors from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Jay’s primary role as SVP Sales & Marketing is to lead the sales team in executing the growth plan of the business. He has been with HydroChemPSC since 2011 and has served as Director of both Business Development and National Accounts. His most recent role with the company was Senior Vice President of National Accounts. Prior to joining HydroChemPSC Jay spent 20 years in the Environmental field and held various operational and sales positions with Laidlaw Environmental, Chemical Waste Management and Safety-Kleen.
Jay received his undergraduate degree, in Biology and Environmental Studies, from Lawrence University.
